The reception/clerical office is open Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, some appointments with our therapy and psychiatric staff are available beyond those hours, including weekend appointments.

When you call the clinic, our receptionist will ask for identifying information, insurance information, your available times for appointments, and a general description of the presenting issue. This information will be relayed to the Intake coordinators and a therapist will then contact you to schedule an initial appointment. To schedule with a psychiatrist, a support staff member will reach out to you when there is availability for an appointment.
