Group Therapy
Benefits of group therapy:
Group therapy enables participants to ask:
- Who am I, Why am I here, What's my life all about?
- How do I navigate through improving my strategies to coping with life's challenges?
- How can I be the best version of myself?
- How can I put context to the things that happened to me in my life and improve my concept of myself?
- Can I be vulnerable in a safe environment?
- How can I manage betrayals and disappointments in my life?
- Why am I so angry and how can I cope with a more effective coping strategy?
- How does shame and self-judgment impact my life?
- How has the relationships with my parents and siblings impacted who I am as an adult in my roles as a father, partner, worker?
