Job descriptions: 

We are currently looking to add licensed prescribers and therapists to provide services to Adults, Adolescents, Children, and Elders.  For Prescribers, we prioritize getting your patients access to therapy and for therapists, our medical staff prioritize getting your patients in for medical needs. You have the ability to determine the number of patients on your caseload so you can find the balance that is right for you.

Position Requirements

    1. Must be licensed with LMSW, LLMSW, LP, LLP, LPC, LLPC, LMFT, or LLMFT

    2. Must have at least 2 years of clinical experience providing services to adults and, or elders.

    1. Must be licensed with LMSW, LLMSW, LP, LLP, LPC, LLPC, LMFT, or LLMFT

    2. Must have at least 2 years of clinical experience providing services to children, adolescents, or families.

    1. MD or DO in the State of Michigan or PMHNP/PA-C.

    2. Completed a residency in the field of psychiatry and are Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist.

    3. Registered with the Drug Enforcement Administration Current Michigan medical and pharmacy license.

    4. Two years of experience in the treatment of behavioral health problems in either an outpatient or inpatient mental health setting.
