Hi, I’m Soo Britton (LLMSW). I believe in creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported exactly as you are. My approach is rooted in empathy and genuine curiosity. Together we can explore life transitions, identity, trauma survival, and navigating this world with neurodivergence. My role is to support you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom and sense of self. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed and strengths based therapy, while remaining flexible and responsive to your needs. I work well with people who feel stuck in shame, are processing trauma, or are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. Sessions with me are collaborative, grounded, and focused on your lived experience. If you’re looking for a supportive and non-judgmental place, I’d be honored to work with you.
