We all face challenges in this life with a strong need for acceptance, connection, and belonging, especially during times of difficulty that may not be met in our daily experience or relationships. As a clinical social worker, I am committed to providing the highest level of care in an empathic, compassionate and respectful manner that offers a safe place for our deepest hurts and struggles. Using a positive, strength based approach, I draw upon a rich variety of integrative, evidence based practices to work collaboratively with my clients in meeting their unique needs and goals.
I wholeheartedly believe that we all have the inner capacity to grow and evolve. With support, we can develop a greater sense of hope, self-compassion, mastery of our emotions, and management of everyday stress. In developing a sense of personal empowerment and knowing our true worthiness, we can experience an enhancement of well being and purpose in life along with more satisfying relationships and overall health.
