If you're reading this you have already taken an important step to reaching your goals. Reaching out to find help is often the most difficult part of the therapeutic process. I take an integrative approach that is client-centered and trauma-informed. I utilize specific techniques from ACT, DBT, and somatic/holistic therapies in a framework that puts you in the driver's seat of making the changes you want to see in your life. I have experience working with individuals needing assistance with adjusting to new life circumstances through major trauma and mental illness. I enjoy helping people and see it as a privilege to be brought into your world to assist you in making improvements to yourself, your mindset, and your environment.
