Bradley May, LMSW
My goal in life is to serve as a counselor and therapist for any human being who suffers from life’s challenges. I specialize in Substance Abuse treatments that revolve around emotional regulation for underlying causes to addiction; Treat the problem, not the symptom. As a substance abuse specialist, I have become very proficient in helping clients with anxiety and depression as well as trauma based symptoms. I concentrate heavily on mindfulness practices - control what we can; sleep, diet, exercise and environment, while learning to let go of the things we cannot control.
